Jocelyn Adams - Living life one word at a time

Oh, what a tease. All that tension between Kate and Curran, give us the big tease at the end and then leave us hanging? Cruel! Cruel, I say!.

I did enjoy the read except for one aspect. Too much description of everything. I didn't notice it in the first book, but I skimmed large chunks in this one. The action is usually great, but again, the wordiness took away some of the urgency and tension from the battles.

Other than that, I continue to love Kate and especially the unpredictable and too-sexy-for-his-own-good Curran. The plot was imaginative and interesting. On to #3.
